How Does a 100 Year Old Corpus Christi Resident Celebrate Her Birthday? She Plans Her First Trip to Paris!

Today my aunt Mimi and I are jetting off to Paris, France where we will be celebrating her 100th birthday on April 13.  It has been a lifelong dream of Mimi’s to visit Paris… so the time has finally come.  Below check out the press release about the trip.

Another cool thing is Mimi recently published her book You Look So Young For Your Age! What’s Your Secret? using my Real Fast Book program (of course).

So here’s the thing: I want you to help me give Mimi a most excellent birthday gift. Will you help me make Mimi’s book a Amazon bestseller on her birthday?  April 13, next Wednesday.  I will make it worth your time with some really cool bonuses when you buy on April 13.  All the details are here: http://www.mimiabner.com/?page_id=19

If you’d like to wish Mimi well you can comment on her blog at www.mimiabner.com

For Immediate Release:

This first time author, has waited nearly 100 years for the trip of a lifetime. She’ll celebrate it next week, April 13, 2011, in the City of Lights – Paris, France – regaling friends and fans with readings from her newly published book.

Marjorie Abner (a.k.a. Mimi) has always dreamed of visiting Paris – and that’s quite some time considering that she was born in 1911 – the very same year the legendary ship Titanic was launched.

Abner is the author of the newly published book, You Look So Young for Your Age…What’s Your Secret? She is an accomplished pianist who regularly plays for service clubs and fashion shows.

While in Paris, Abner will be the guest of honor at the prestigious Paris Soirees Dinners bringing Americans, expats, hip French and the International Community together in a global meet up. Another goal for this soon to be 100 year old, is an invitation to do a reading of her book at Shakespeare and Co. the world famous anglophile Parisian bookstore and former haunt of such literary giants as Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein and James Joyce.

With so much planned for her centennial celebration, one wonders what she’ll do for an encore on the 101st!

Congratulations on reaching 100 years young, the new book and a trip to Paris. Do you have any goals of things to see or do in Paris?
    – See the Mona Lisa
    – Take the elevator to the top of the Eiffel Tower
    – Dinner at the Moulon Rouge

Take good notes on what you see and how it makes you feel, book #2 could be ‘Paris at Any Age’.
